7What is Atlas?
Atlas is an HR platform — the single source of truth for your people: employee records, org structure, positions and pay, leave, expenses, assets and performance, all governed by your own policies. It is one of the products on the Rakita platform, built by PATH.
Who is Atlas for?
Organizations that want HR to run on one record instead of spreadsheets and inboxes: an HR team that owns the data, managers who approve requests, and employees who serve themselves. It scales from a single company to a group of legal entities under one organization.
What does an employee see?
Their own profile, their leave balance and requests, the assets assigned to them, their expense and advance requests, and the team calendar. They can ask the AI assistant the same questions in plain language. They never see another employee's pay or personal data.
Can one organization hold several companies?
Yes. An organization is the tenant; it can hold any number of legal companies that share org-level catalogs — units, departments, titles and projects — so a group standardizes once.
Does Atlas handle payroll?
Atlas keeps the compensation history that payroll needs — which amount was effective on which date, net or gross — but it does not run payroll itself. Reports export the figures your payroll provider needs.
Is there an API?
Yes. Atlas exposes a scoped HTTP API that acts as one signed-in employee, with exactly the visibility that employee has in the app. It is what the Rakita employee assistant uses, and it is available for your own integrations.
What languages are supported?
The product is available in Turkish and English. Lookups — titles, departments, leave types — are yours to name, in whichever language you work in.
Migration
3Can we move from our current HR tool?
Yes. We import employees, positions, leave history, documents and assets from your current system, match them to your org structure, and give HR a spreadsheet of anything that could not be matched. The import runs as a dry run first and writes nothing until you sign off.
How long does onboarding take?
A new organization sets itself up in a short wizard on first login and starts from a ready-made lookup catalog. With a data migration, most teams are live within a couple of weeks — the pace is set by how quickly HR can verify the import report.
Do we need engineers to set it up?
No. Org admins configure companies, departments, approval chains and policies in the app. Engineering is only needed if you want to build on the API.
Security & Data
6Is our data isolated from other customers?
Yes, at the database level. Every tenant table carries a row-level security policy: a row is visible or writable only inside a transaction bound to your organization. Application code cannot reach across tenants even by mistake.
How are sensitive fields protected?
National identity numbers, bank account numbers and salary, advance and deduction amounts are encrypted in the database. The encryption key lives only in the deployment configuration, never in the code repository.
Who can sign in?
Each organization whitelists the email domains that may sign in, through Rakita single sign-on. Access inside the app is role-based: employees see their own data, managers their team, admins everything.
Where is our data stored?
Your account and database are hosted in Türkiye. Uploaded document files are stored in Amazon S3 in an EU region. The Rakita Privacy Policy lists every sub-processor and what it receives.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. The AI assistant answers from your own records, for your own employees, with their own permissions. Nothing is used to train external models.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Every change across every module is written to the organization's activity log, and positions and pay are kept as effective-dated history rather than overwritten.
Pricing & Getting Started
3How much does Atlas cost?
Atlas Standard is $49 per month for up to 20 employees, with a 30-day free trial. Above 20 employees, Enterprise pricing is agreed per headcount. See the pricing page for details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, the full product, no credit card to start. Pick a plan at the end and everything you set up is preserved.
How do we get started?
Book a demo and tell us about your organization — how many companies, how many people, what you use today. We will tailor a walkthrough and, if you are migrating, scope the import.
